Novada vs 711Proxy for High-Volume Residential: Tier Pricing, Expiry and APIs

For teams buying 500 GB+ a month: Novada's 1 TB tier at $1.30/GB with 30-day traffic vs 711Proxy's never-expiring enterprise plans from $0.76/GB down to $0.57/GB.

Once you're buying hundreds of gigabytes of residential traffic a month, a few cents per GB turns into hundreds of dollars. At that scale the questions change: What's the per-GB rate at the big tiers? Does unused traffic expire? Is there scraping tooling alongside the proxies? Can you get money back if it doesn't work? This comparison looks at the high-volume residential options from Novada and 711Proxy.

Novada pricing was checked on 2026-10-05 and 711Proxy pricing on 2026-10-06. Confirm on the official site or the provider pages before buying. For residential basics, see Best Residential Proxies.

Tier pricing

Tier Novada residential 711Proxy residential
Entry New users: 10 GB for $10 5 GB for $15 ($3/GB, listed down from $4/GB)
Small 25 GB for $50/mo ($2/GB) —
Mid — 250 GB for $215 ($0.86/GB)
Large 1 TB for $1,300/mo ($1.30/GB) Enterprise: 500 GB + 25 GB bonus for $400 (about $0.76/GB)
Very large — Enterprise: 5,000 GB + 250 GB for $3,000 (about $0.57/GB)
Expiry 30 days; card payments auto-renew monthly Regular plans 30 days, unused traffic carries over on renewal; enterprise plans never expire

A dash means the tier wasn't in the price data we checked. Intermediate tiers exist on both sites; check them directly.

Price per GB: 711Proxy's enterprise plans are much lower

Using list prices for roughly 1 TB a month:

  • Novada: the 1 TB tier is $1,300.
  • 711Proxy: two 500 GB enterprise packs give you 1,050 GB for $800.

On price alone, 711Proxy is well ahead at volume. But the two vendors bill on different logic, and expiry and refund rules affect what you actually spend.

Expiry: monthly subscription vs traffic that lasts

This is the biggest structural difference.

Novada residential is a monthly subscription. Traffic is valid for 30 days, and card payments renew automatically each month. If your usage is steady and you burn through the allowance every month, that's fine, and it makes budgeting simple. If usage swings, anything left over in a quiet month is lost.

711Proxy enterprise plans never expire. You can buy a large block once and draw it down project by project. Its regular plans also last 30 days, but unused traffic is restored when you renew.

For scraping projects with lumpy demand, 711Proxy wastes less. For a fixed monthly workload, Novada's subscription is easier to plan around.

Targeting and tooling

Novada includes free city-level targeting and claims 100M+ residential IPs across 195+ countries and regions, over HTTP(S). It also sells scraping tools, including a Scraper API and Web Unblocker, plus rotating and static ISP, mobile, datacenter and IPv6 proxies. IPv6 and unlimited plans go through an account manager.

711Proxy claims 100M+ residential IPs across 200+ countries and regions, over HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Beyond per-GB plans it sells per-IP residential (each IP lasts up to six hours, credits never expire), static residential, mobile and unlimited proxies. The data we checked doesn't describe city-level targeting or a scraping API, so ask 711Proxy directly if you need either.

If you want proxies and a scraping API from one vendor, Novada's lineup is broader. If you just want residential bandwidth as cheaply as possible, 711Proxy wins.

Refunds and usage restrictions

Novada 711Proxy
Refunds Full refund within 24 hours if unused None on residential, unlimited, SOCKS5 or dedicated static residential once ordered or used
Trials New-user 10 GB for $10; $15 trial credit for sharing a promo in 3 groups $15 one-hour trial of Unlimited (High Bandwidth); 5 unlimited ports for $5 / 7 days
Restrictions — Officially not available in mainland China; terms ban crypto/NFT trading use and may require KYC

The refund gap matters most at enterprise scale. A $3,000 711Proxy order can't be returned once placed, so validate your target sites on a small plan first. Teams based in mainland China should also note 711Proxy's stated service restriction and check that their company and usage location fit its terms.

Payment methods

  • Novada: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Alipay, Pix, BTC, USDT and other crypto.
  • 711Proxy: credit card, UnionPay, PayPal, Alipay and crypto.

Free city targeting plus a scraping API Novada
You want a refund window Novada (24 hours, unused)
Team operating from mainland China Check 711Proxy's service terms first

Running large scraping jobs also means choosing the right server; see Best VPS for Scraping. Current prices are on the Novada and 711Proxy pages.

Validate before you commit to volume

A sensible sequence for either vendor:

  1. Buy the smallest plan (Novada's $10 new-user pack, or 711Proxy's 5 GB regular plan) and point it at your real targets.
  2. Measure your own success rate, block rate and traffic per thousand pages. Those numbers turn a per-GB price into a per-result cost.
  3. Confirm targeting works at the granularity you need, especially city level.
  4. Only then commit to a 1 TB subscription or an enterprise block.

Stay within the rules

At high volume, responsibility scales too. Collect only public data, respect each site's terms and robots rules, follow local data and privacy law, and pace your requests so you don't burden the target.
