Its terms ban illegal content, spam, copyright infringement, mining, brute-forcing, outbound DDoS, traffic exchange and nested virtualization, with no clause against proxies, VPNs or scraping, which makes it a low-cost home for scrapers. There's no China-optimized route on offer. Alipay is accepted.
