IPFoxy Review: Dedicated Static Residential IPs, Payment Options and Who It Suits

IPFoxy sells dedicated static residential IPs at $7.99/month with unlimited data in 25+ countries. Its product lines, payment options, and the refund question to settle before a big order.

IPFoxy comes up often among cross-border e-commerce sellers, and the reason is simple: it sells what many of them need most, a fixed IP that stays the same for months, and it accepts the payment methods sellers based in China actually use.

This review is built entirely from IPFoxy's public, official information as listed on 2026-10-05. We haven't included speed or success-rate figures because we can't verify them independently, and you shouldn't trust a review that invents them. For current prices, see our IPFoxy provider page.

Who runs IPFoxy and who it's for

IPFoxy is operated by a Singapore company and positions itself squarely at cross-border sellers. It claims a 70M IP pool spanning 200+ countries and supports both HTTP and SOCKS5.

That positioning matters. Many residential proxy providers are built around data collection: high rotation, per-GB billing, scraping APIs. IPFoxy's center of gravity is account environments instead. A storefront, a brand's social account or an ad account typically wants one IP that doesn't move and looks like an ordinary home connection. That's the product IPFoxy leads with.

The main product: dedicated static residential

This is the reason most people look at IPFoxy, and the official description is clear on the three things that matter:

  • Dedicated. The IP is assigned to you alone. On a shared IP, someone else's behavior can drag down the IP's reputation; dedicated removes that variable.
  • Unlimited data. You pay per IP per month. Seller dashboards, image uploads and video previews won't inflate the bill.
  • 25+ countries. The major marketplace countries are usually covered, but that's much narrower than the 200+ countries claimed for the rotating pool. Check that your target country is on the list before you commit.

How the price compares. At $7.99 per IP per month, IPFoxy isn't the cheapest static option we list. Proxy-Seller ISP proxies start at $0.98 per IP, and Novada static ISP starts at $1.18 per IP. Where IPFoxy stands out is in spelling out dedicated plus unlimited data, and in payment convenience. The full side-by-side is in Best Static ISP Proxies.

AdsPower integration. AdsPower's official help center documents an IPFoxy integration: you paste a proxy token from your IPFoxy dashboard into AdsPower and sync your static proxies, then pick them from a dropdown when creating profiles. We walk through the profile side in our AdsPower tutorial.

The other lines. Rotating residential at $1.99/GB is a secondary product here. If rotating traffic is your main need, see how it stacks up in Best Rotating Residential Proxies. Mobile ($2.79/GB) and datacenter IPv4/IPv6 round out the catalog.

Payment, trial and refunds

What IPFoxy states
Payment Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, card, USDT, BTC
Trial Free trial on sign-up
New-user discount 12% off
Refunds Not clearly stated

Payment is a genuine strength. Accepting both Alipay and WeChat Pay alongside PayPal, cards and crypto is uncommon among the proxy providers we list. For teams that run purchasing through Chinese payment apps, that removes real friction.

Refunds are the weak spot. We couldn't find a clear refund policy on IPFoxy's official pages. That doesn't mean refunds are never given, but it does mean you shouldn't assume one. Our suggested sequence:

  1. Use the free trial on sign-up to confirm the setup works with your tools.
  2. Buy a single static IP for your target country and test it properly.
  3. Before a large order, get the refund terms from support in writing, such as by email or a support ticket you can refer back to.

Who it suits, and who it doesn't

A good fit if you:

  • Run long-lived storefronts or social accounts (TikTok, Amazon and similar) in countries within the 25+ covered;
  • Want to pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay;
  • Already use AdsPower and want to skip manual proxy entry.

Probably not the right fit if you:

  • Need static IPs in a country outside the covered list;
  • Need dozens or hundreds of static IPs and price per IP dominates the decision;
  • Work under a procurement process that requires a published refund policy.

A reminder that applies to every provider: a clean, stable IP fixes the network environment. It doesn't make accounts "unlinkable", and it doesn't change what a platform permits. Start from the platform's own rules; our guides on multiple Amazon seller accounts and TikTok multi-account setup cover that first.

How to test before scaling

Once you have the trial or your first IP, spend half an hour on these checks:

  1. IP type. Look the IP up on ipinfo.io or a similar tool. A static residential IP should read as ISP or residential, not hosting.
  2. Location and time zone. Country and city should match what you ordered.
  3. Blocklists. Confirm the IP isn't on common abuse lists.
  4. Stability over days. The whole point of a static IP is that it doesn't change. Check it's still the same IP, and still connecting cleanly, several days later.

The full process is in How to Check if a Proxy IP Is Clean.

Verdict

IPFoxy is clear about what it is: dedicated, unlimited-data static residential IPs for cross-border sellers, with Alipay and WeChat Pay accepted. It isn't the cheapest per IP, country coverage for the static product is limited to 25+, and the lack of a clearly stated refund policy is a real risk you should manage rather than ignore.

If your target country is covered and you're willing to trial first and buy small, it belongs on your shortlist. Visit IPFoxy, or compare it with other providers in the proxy comparison table.
