Best Static ISP Proxies for Long-Lived Accounts (2026): 6 Providers Compared

What matters when buying static ISP proxies for seller and social accounts, and how IPFoxy, Proxy-Seller, Webshare, ProxyWing, Thordata and Novada compare on price, exclusivity and refunds.

IPTested Editorial · ·4 min read

If you run accounts that stay logged in for months, like an Amazon seller account, a TikTok Shop or a Facebook ad account, the IP behind them matters more than almost any other setting. A rotating pool that puts you in Dallas on Monday and Frankfurt on Tuesday looks a lot like an account takeover. Static ISP proxies (sold as "static residential" by some providers) solve that: the IP is registered to a consumer ISP, but it's hosted in a data center and stays assigned to you.

New to proxy types? Start with Residential vs ISP vs Mobile vs Datacenter Proxies. All prices below come from official pricing pages and were checked on 2026-10-05. Sale prices change often, so confirm before you buy.

Five things that matter more than the headline price

1. Dedicated or shared. A shared static IP is used by other customers at the same time, and their behavior becomes your reputation problem. For account work, buy dedicated.

2. Bandwidth. Most per-IP plans include unlimited traffic, but not all of them say so. If a plan meters traffic, a busy seller dashboard with image uploads can surprise you.

3. Country and city coverage. The IP should sit in the same country as the marketplace or audience. A provider with a small country list may simply not have the location you need.

4. IP type as seen by lookup databases. Once you have the IP, check it on a tool such as ipinfo.io. It should be classified as ISP, not hosting. If it shows up as a data center, the main advantage of an ISP proxy is gone.

5. Refund terms. There's rarely a free trial on static IPs, refund windows are short, and the conditions differ a lot between providers.

The six providers side by side

Provider Static ISP price Exclusivity / data Coverage Refund (as stated)
IPFoxy $7.99/mo Dedicated, unlimited data 25+ countries Not clearly stated; free trial on sign-up
Proxy-Seller From $0.98/IP Dedicated Chosen at checkout Within 72h for non-working proxies
Webshare From $6.00/mo Shared or dedicated Chosen at checkout Within 2 days with low usage
ProxyWing $1.71/mo Not stated Chosen at checkout Within 14 days for technical failure only
Thordata $0.75/IP (sale) Not stated Chosen at checkout Conditional 7-day refund on first purchase
Novada From $1.18/IP Dedicated, unlimited traffic Claims 100+ countries and territories Full refund within 24h if unused

"Not stated" means the official pages we checked don't say, not that the feature is missing. Thordata's regular ISP price is $1.50/IP.

Provider notes

IPFoxy

The most expensive per IP here, but also the clearest offer: dedicated, unlimited data, 25+ countries. It's aimed at cross-border sellers and accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, cards and USDT. The country list is shorter than the others, and the refund policy isn't spelled out, so use the sign-up trial to confirm your location works before committing.

Proxy-Seller

Founded in 2014, ISO 27001 certified, with ISP proxies from $0.98/IP and support for HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. There's no standard trial, and refunds only cover proxies that don't work. A good fit if you already know which countries you need and plan to renew for months.

Webshare

The easiest provider to get familiar with: every account gets 10 free datacenter proxies, so you can learn the dashboard and authentication before paying. Static residential starts at $6/month, with both shared and dedicated options. Pick dedicated for accounts.

ProxyWing

A low monthly ISP price and broad payment options, including WeChat Pay and 100+ cryptocurrencies. No free trial, and refunds are limited to technical failures within 14 days.

Thordata

The lowest per-IP price in this group while the sale lasts, plus Alipay and a conditional 7-day refund on first purchases. Budget for the regular price when you renew.

Novada

Novada's static ISP page states that each IP is dedicated, stays the same for the whole subscription, and comes with unlimited traffic, with coverage claimed at 100+ countries and territories. Its refund policy gives a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the product hasn't been used, which makes a one-IP test low-risk.

Which one fits your situation

  • You want the terms in writing (dedicated + unlimited data): IPFoxy or Novada.
  • You need dozens of IPs on a budget: Thordata while the promotion runs, or Proxy-Seller.
  • You've never configured a proxy before: start with Webshare's free proxies to learn the workflow, then buy a dedicated static IP.
  • You pay with WeChat Pay: IPFoxy or ProxyWing.

How to test before you scale

Buy a single IP first and spend a few days on it:

  1. Look it up on two IP databases and confirm it's classified as ISP and geolocated where you paid for.
  2. Check common blocklists.
  3. Set it inside an anti-detect browser profile (see AdsPower vs GoLogin) with a matching timezone and language.
  4. Log in to the real platform and watch for extra verification prompts over several days.

If it holds up, order the rest from the same provider and country. For the full account setup, read How to Run Multiple Amazon Seller Accounts Without Linking and the TikTok multi-account setup guide.

A note on platform rules

A static IP gives you a stable network identity. It does not make a second account allowed. Marketplaces and social platforms each have their own rules on multiple accounts, so read the seller or user policies before you open more.
